1. About the prize draw

1.1 The organiser of this prize draw is Pod Point Limited trading as Pod, a company registered in England and Wales with its offices at 222 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8HB.

1.2 By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and to be bound by the decisions of Pod.

2. Eligibility for Participation

2.1 The prize draw is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are aged 18 years or over; and residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland.

2.2 Pod employees and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

2.3 Participation is only possible individually and joint entries are not allowed.

2.4 Participants must have designated off-street parking where the home charger can be fixed at a height where it cannot be hit by a vehicle.

3. Participation

3.1 Participation in the prize draw is free of charges and fees and does not require any purchase.

3.2 The prize draw starts on starts on 16 October 2025 and runs until 30 October 2025.

3.3 To take part in the prize daw, comment on Pod’s prize draw social media posts with details of their electric vehicle.

3.4 Only one entry is permitted per person.

3.5 Pod reserves the right to exclude a participant for any reason at its sole discretion, including anyone who violates these terms and conditions.

3.6 If a participant is excluded, prizes and benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

4. Prizes, determination and notification of the winner

4.1. There will be one winner chosen.

4.2 The prize is a 7kW Solo 3S home charger with standard installation included.

4.4 The winner will be determined by a random selection draw on 31 October 2025.

4.5 The winner will be notified by a direct message to their Instagram.

4.6 The notified winner will be required to respond to the message within seven working days to confirm their acceptance of the prize and provide their contact details, including which UK address they would like their prize installed at. If they do not provide this information within that time, a new winner will be drawn.

4.7 The winner agrees to allow Pod to use their name and to announce the winner of the prize on the promotional webpage and on its marketing and social media channels.

4.8 The winners agree to submit a video of the home charger for promotional purposes.

4.9 Pod may request to film the winner and the installed charger. The winner may decline this request.

4.10 Compensation of the prize in cash, its exchange, or transfer to other persons is not available.

5. Data Protection

5.1 By submitting an entry, participants agree to provide their personal information which will be used and disclosed by Pod and its authorised agents for the purposes of prize draw administration and fulfilment.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Pod’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.2 Pod reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

6.3 These terms and conditions and the prize draw are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have sole jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of them.
