Important OZEV EVHS Update

We're sorry...

The current OZEV EVHS grant ends 31st March 2022 and can’t be claimed for installs completed after that date

Unfortunately we have limited install slots available and due to high demand, we can’t prioritise your order for installation by the cut-off date unless you’ve been referred to us by one of our automotive partners.

See a list of our automotive partners.

If you purchased your EV through one of our partners:

  1. Please contact your dealership/leasing company/employer or fleet company to ensure they have sent your order across to us, at which point you’ll receive a welcome email.

  2. The email will contain a special link, which will let you start a new order with the EVHS grant applied.

  3. At this point, you’ll be asked to fill in the required documentation, which you must submit to us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once it’s been approved by our Homecharge team, we’ll submit your application to OZEV on your behalf.

  4. We will then prioritise your order for installation by the 31st March cut-off date. In the event we can’t complete your install by 31st March, you’ll be entitled to either a full refund, or to pay an additional £350 (to cover the amount from the grant) and continue with your installation.

Otherwise, if you don't want to use the grant or didn’t purchase your EV from one of our partners, you can continue with your current order but your installation won’t take place until after the 31st March 2022 and you will not be eligible for the grant.

Please note: These changes don’t affect the Scottish Energy Saving Trust grant. Scottish Residents are eligible to receive a grant provided by Energy Saving Trust. This grant offers up to £250 towards the cost of installation. In order to claim the EST grant, the application and paperwork must be completed and approved prior to installation.
