Pod Point July 2024 Credit Promotion - Terms

1. In order to qualify for this promotion, you must order a qualifying new chargepoint from pod-point.com on or after 17 July 2024 and prior to 1 August 2024, and installed prior to 1 September 2024. All qualifying entrants will be invited by Pod Point to claim £100 credit to be applied to their Pod Point App account. Your credit must be claimed on or before 23:59 on 31 August 2024. Credit will be applied between 2 September 2024 and 6 September 2024 for all customers who have claimed and match the qualifying criteria.

2. Entries received by Pod Point, or credit applications made to Pod Point, after the above times or which do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entitled to the £100 credit.

3. The credit is £100 to be added to your Pod Point app to be used to pay for electric vehicle charging. The promotion applies to Solo 3S chargepoints purchased at full RRP price directly through Pod Point via our website (excluding referrals through any external third parties). It is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other offer and does not include any additional costs and expenses. The £100 credit may be used at any time to pay for electric vehicle charging, and will remain on the entrants’ account until spent.

4. The laws, and courts, of England and Wales apply to this promotion.
