Pod Point Limited is the controller responsible for your personal data.

Pod Point will collect and process your personal data when you take part in the trial use of our charging points along with any products and services we may provide as part of that trial.

Pod Point may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you including; account data, contact data, energy usage and charge data, enquiry data, feedback and review data, location data, marketing and communication data, payment data technical and technical usage data and transaction data. These are explained in further detail in Pod Point’s privacy notice.

As part of this trial Pod Point will share your personal data within its group of companies and with external services providers which will require the transfer, storage, and processing of your personal data outside of the European Economic Area.
