Pod Point Limited is the controller responsible for your personal data.

Pod Point will collect and process your personal data when you use the Pod Point Home App along with our products and services and those of our partners you use the App to access. Please review Pod Point’s privacy notice at www.pod-point.com/legal/privacy-notice which explains how we may process your data, including information about data security, data retention and lawful processing bases. You should read this in full.

In addition to the processing described in our privacy notice by use of the Home App Pod Point, Energy Usage and Charge Data will include your metered energy consumption, energy usage information, energy export data and related payment information.

Energy Usage and Charge Data will be processed by Pod Point and shared with energy suppliers, network operators and other relevant parties and their sub-processors for the purpose of providing flexible energy services.
