Existing Pod Point home charge customers can enter their details in the below form https://forms.office.com/e/jiEAQSGHRr for a chance to win an entry ticket to the London to Brighton EV Rally on Saturday 22nd June 2024.

Successful competition winners will receive an entry ticket for one EV to take part in the rally as well as hospitality provided by the event holders: London to Brighton Electric Vehicle Rally LTD.

To enter, participants must have:

• A Pod Point home charger
• An EV to participate in for the drive from London to Brighton
• Relevant insurance and MOT on the EV
• Be registered to drive the vehicle being entered

About the competition

1. The organiser of this competition is Pod Point Limited (222 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8HB).

By entering the competition, you agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the decisions of Pod Point.

About the event

2. The organiser of the event is London to Brighton Electric Vehicle Rally LTD (Protran House, Boundary Road, Brighton, BN2 5TJ).

Eligibility for Participation

3. The competition is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

3.1 The Organiser's employees and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

3.2 Participation is only possible on one's own behalf and joint entries are not allowed.

3.3 Participants must have a Pod Point home charger

3.4 Participants must have an electric vehicle to take part in the event, have the relevant insurance and tax included, and be registered to drive the vehicle.

Participation

4. Participation in the competition is free of charges and fees and does not require the purchase of goods and/or services.

4.1 The competition starts on 12/06/24 11:00am and runs until 17/06/24 at 12:00pm. Entries received outside of this date/time shall not be considered.

4.2 To take part in the competition, the following actions are required:

4.3 Only one entry is permitted per person for the duration of the competition.

4.4 The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant for any reason at its sole discretion, including anyone who violates these conditions of Participation. If a participant is excluded, prizes and benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed. In this case, a new winner will be determined pursuant to the procedure in section 5.1

Prizes, determination and notification of the winner

5. There will be up to 10 chosen winners.

The prize is one entry ticket into the EV Rally from London to Brighton with hospitality included.

5.1 The winners will be determined by random selection (draw) on 17/06/24.

5.2 The winners will be notified via email sent to the email address provided by the winners at the time of entry within five working days after the deadlines outlined in 5.1.

5.3 The notified winners will be required to respond to the email within 48 hours to confirm their acceptance of the prize and provide their contact details. If they do not provide this information within that time, a new winner will be drawn.

5.4 The winner agrees to allow the Organiser to use their name and county of residence to announce the winner of the prize on the promotional webpage and the Organiser's marketing and social media channels.

5.5 The winners agree to submit photographs / videos of the event for promotional purposes.

5.6 The Organiser may request to film the winners. The winners may decline this request.

5.7 The winners will be responsible for any additional charges prior to and post travel from the event (to be determined at the Organiser’s discretion).

5.8 Prizes are subject to availability and the Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control make it necessary to do so.

5.9 Compensation of the prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

5.10 The Organiser does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

Data Protection

6.1 When you enter this competition you agree that any personal information provided by you may be used by the Organiser to administer the competition and its authorised agents for the purposes of competition administration and prize fulfilment.

6.2 If you win the competition, you agree that the Organiser may share your information to communicate with you regarding the competition and administer any prizes you may receive and use your name, image and area in which you reside to announce the completion results and to reference in related promotion and marketing.

Miscellaneous

7. The Organiser’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.1 Pod Point reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

7.2 The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
