1. The following terms apply to the Pod Point Plug + Power Bundle tariff (the Offer).

2. The Offer is provided by Pod Point Limited of 222 Gray's Inn Road London, WC1X 8HB (Pod Point, we, us or our) and EDF Energy Customers Limited of 90 Whitfield Street, London, W1T 4EZ (EDF).

3. The Offer will be effective from 18 September 2024.

4. To be eligible for the Offer you must:

a. Be a residential customer of EDF and have signed up to the Pod Point Plug + Power Bundle tariff through https://www.edfenergy.com and continue as a customer for its full fixed term at your home address.

b. Sign up for the purchase and installation of a Pod Point home charger through an email sent to you by Pod Point.

5. Enable Pod Point to complete the installation of the home charger at your home address.

6. Subject to the conditions set out here, you will receive a price reduction of £600 (inclusive of VAT) off the normal price of a Pod Point 7kw home charger (the Reduction).

7. Pod Point reserve the right to vary or end the Offer at any time, but this will not affect any of your existing rights under this Offer before such change.

8. If for any reason you stop being a customer of the Pod Point Plug + Power Bundle tariff at your home address before the end of the tariff’s fixed term you will need to repay an amount of the Reduction to us in proportion to the remaining period of the tariff’s fixed term. This includes if you decide to: cancel your contract with EDF in respect of the Pod Point Plug + Power Bundle tariff during any applicable cooling off period; or because of moving home during the tariff’s fixed term. Charges will also be payable to EDF under its Pod Point Plug + Power Bundle tariff terms at https://www.edfenergy.com/energy-tariffs/tariff-terms.

9. If the Reduction becomes repayable to us pursuant to these conditions, EDF shall be entitled to seek repayment of the amount of the Reduction you need to repay directly on our behalf.

10. These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to the Home Charger Terms at https://pod-point.com/legal/home-charger-terms-of sale.

11. If there is a conflict between the Home Charger Terms and these Offer Terms, the Home Charger Terms will prevail.

12. Any personal data collected during this process will be stored and processed in accordance with Pod Point’s Privacy Notice at https://pod-point.com/legal/privacy-and-cookies-policy and EDF’s Privacy Policy at https://www.edfenergy.com/terms-conditions/privacy-cookie-policy.

13. These terms are governed under English law, unless:

a. you live in Scotland, in which case they'll be governed by Scots law; or

b. you live in Northern Ireland, in which case they'll be governed by the law of Northern Ireland.
