Pod Point Smart Charging Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are in addition to the Pod Point Home Charger Terms of Sale and Privacy Notice which also apply to Smart Charging.
Eligibility
To be eligible for Smart Charging:
• You must be an existing Pod Point customer with a linked Pod Point home charger.
• Your eligibility must be validated in the Pod Point driver app when you register for Smart Charging.
• Your energy supply must be half hourly settled.
• You must use the Pod Point home app to charge your vehicle using your linked Pod Point home charger.
• You must have your linked Pod Point home charger connected to Wi-Fi with sufficient coverage to use Smart Charging features.
• You must not be a user of a smart electricity tariff such as Intelligent Octopus Agile and Ovo Charge Anytime or other similar smart electricity tariffs.
If you become a user of a smart electricity tariff you will no longer be eligible for Smart Charging.
Vouchers Rewards
Pod Point will invite some eligible Smart Charging users to participate in a survey and/or interview.
If Pod Point invites you to participate in a survey about Smart Charging and you accept and complete our survey, we will issue you with a voucher by email to the value of £10 within 7 days.
If Pod Point invites you to participate in an interview about Smart Charging and you accept and complete our interview, we will issue you with a voucher by email to the value of £15 within 7 days.
The information from your survey and interview will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Changes to Smart Charging Terms and Conditions
Pod Point may change these terms at any time in future and will let you know about any changes by email or a notification in our Pod Point home app.
Pod Point may suspend or end Smart Charging on reasonable notice to you.
