We know it’s cliché, but points really do mean prizes. We've made it super easy to earn points, here’re some of the ways you can start earning:
- 150–250 points – per Pod Point Solo 3S installation
- 300 points - just for signing up and installing your first Pod Point
- 300 points – after completing our installer training
- 500 points – for every referral

From Plugged In to Fully Charged
Pod Pros has 3 tiers, and the more installations you complete, the more points you’ll earn. Everyone starts at Plugged In, with the opportunity to move up as you go.

Plugged In – 150 points for each of your first 50 installations

Amp’d Up – 200 points per installation for installs 51–100

Fully Charged – 250 points per installation once you reach 101+

Why do I need to use the Pod Installer app to join?

Firstly, all Pod Point commissioning should be completed via the Pod Installer app in order for the Pod Point charger to function correctly for your customer. We can only allocate Pod Pros points to installations completed via the Installer app. You should use the same email address you used for your Pod Installer app account for your Pod Pros account in order for your points to be added seamlessly.

What products can I earn points on and how often do my points get updated?

Points will be awarded for any domestic installation of a Pod Point tethered or untethered EV charger. Solo Pro and Twin chargers are currently exempt from Pod Pros. Your points will be updated on a weekly basis.

Do my points expire?

Your points will have a 24 month expiry from allocation to be used. Any points not redeemed after this date will be lost. Don’t worry, you’ll be notified by email of any points that are due to expire.

I’m missing points, what do I do?

Points are earned against qualifying Pod Point Solo 3S products (both tethered and untethered models) and updated weekly. Solo Pro and Twin chargers are currently exempt from Pod Pros. Please take a look at our T&Cs for further information. If you have any questions about your points, please contact Pod Pros on hello@pod-pros.co.uk.

How do I download the Pod Pros app?

When you visit www.pod-pros.co.uk on your mobile device, you'll see a pop-up appear with a prompt to download the Pod Pros app to your smartphone. The prompts are different dependent on your smartphone, see below for how to download on Samsung devices and iPhones.
How to download to Android (including Samsung)
Android, including Samsung phones - you'll see instructions how to download this to your homescreen. Simply follow these by:
1. You'll see a pop-up appear asking you to click a button to install this onto your phone.
2. Once you click this button and the install has completed, you'll see the Pod Pros icon appear in your apps.How to download to iOS (including iPhones)
iOS, including iPhones - you'll see instructions to download this to your homescreen. Simply follow these by:
1. Clicking the box with an arrow on the bottom/top tab bar
2. Scroll through the options available and select 'Add to Home Screen'
3. Once the download has completed, you'll see the Pod Pros icon appear in your apps.
