The Tucson, one of Hyundai’s longest-serving models, has received a radical redesign. With it, Hyundai now claims to offer the widest range of powertrains in its class. Well, it isn’t fully electric, but the Tucson plug-in hybrid is still nothing to complain about. This fourth-generation mid-sized family hauler has plenty of cutting-edge style and substance with its eye-catching fragmented grille, quality upholstery, and sophisticated driving technology. Its 32 miles of electric range may not be the biggest around, but it should prove more than sufficient for most everyday short journeys.
