I've signed up to Pod Point Plug & Power, what happens next?

EDF will pass your details on to Pod Point. We'll then email you with access to purchase the Solo 3S universal home charger for just £499, or untethered for only £549, and spread the rest over the two-year fixed priced tariff.

Is the Pod Point Plug & Power tariff compatible with all electric vehicles?

Yes, the energy tariff and home charger is compatible with all electric vehicle makes and models.

Does the Pod Point Plug & Power have an early exit fee?

Yes, If you exit the tariff before the end of your fixed term, exit fees may apply for both the tariff and your charge point. See your tariff terms and conditions for details of your tariff exit fee.
Details of your charge point exit fee can be found in the Pod Point terms and conditions that apply to your reduced-price charge point installation. This will be applied on a pro rata basis, taking into account how long you have left of your fixed term at the point of exit
